✨ About The Role

- Responsible for creating new CNC programs and reviewing/editing existing CNC programs for production and development hardware using Mastercam. - Utilize Vericut Numerical Control (NC) files and maintain revision control on CNC programs, while creating set-up sheets with tool lists for machining operations. - Operate multi-axis CNC equipment to produce conforming hardware meeting productivity, production, and development goals. - Review models, drawings, and cam files to provide input on designs for manufacturability, and perform cutting parameter adjustments on machine control for tooling, fixturing, and hardware as needed. - Support with post-machining operations, material loading and handling, and design and machine custom tooling and fixturing as required.

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced CNC Programmer with over 10 years of experience in CNC Mill programming and machining, particularly with multi-axis Mill programming and machining. - Proficient in using Mastercam and Haas CNC Machines, with expertise in superalloy machining and GD&T. - Skilled in inspection tools and processes, with a strong ability to think critically when programming and machining to improve hardware designs and manufacturing processes. - Ability to work autonomously and take projects to completion with a high level of autonomy, supporting both production and development hardware. - Strong communication skills, with experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
