✨ About The Role

- Responsible for executing procedures for hazardous test operations and maintaining critical hardware on the test site and test articles - Involved in troubleshooting and performing maintenance on fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems - Collaborate with engineers to build and maintain rocket engines and other test articles, as well as perform in-process and first article inspections - Support post-testing operations including deburr, cleaning, and part marking, as well as material loading and handling - Integrate launch vehicle and supporting ground equipment per work instructions, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on various systems, and conduct key component integration and hardware checks

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced individual with 3-4 years in the aerospace or automotive manufacturing industry, specifically working with aircraft, cryogenic fluids, high pressure systems, or combustion device testing - Proficient in using hand tools and interpreting basic engineering drawings - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and comfortable defining pathways to objectives - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in end-to-end project ownership and delivery - Physically fit and able to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces
