✨ About The Role
- Responsible for training team members, collaborating with managers, and ensuring projects are executed accurately and timely
- Program and operate thermal chambers and electro-dynamic test shakers to simulate environments and run tests
- Operate and tune shock systems, analyze transient events, and work with engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain lab cleanliness, improve efficiency, and work on 5S improvement projects

- Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers during design and construction phases
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for multidisciplinary testing and design development
- Exceptional self-motivation, adaptability, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive expertise in mechanical disciplines, hands-on approach, and ability to troubleshoot hardware and test discrepancies
