Account Executive for Argus
We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Federal Sales team and lead go-to-market efforts for Argus within the U.S. government. This role is focused on generating and closing new business across federal law enforcement agencies. You'll work closely with prospects and customers to understand their mission objectives, navigate complex procurement environments, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI capabilities at the enterprise level.
At the core of our offerings are our AI agents, designed to autonomously analyze data, generate insights, and make intelligent recommendations. These agents help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and also empower government entities to enhance security, intelligence, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the federal market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within federal agencies.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products can address those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Work with Accrete to generate custom solution value propositions
Qualifications & Experience
- Eligibility for Federal Top Secret security clearance.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Federal market, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Lifelong learner who stays current and knowledgeable in the ever-changing technology space.
- Experienced with CRM software like Salesforce and Business Development outreach software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Technology is a plus
