- Responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of sales activity through creative pipelining and prospecting
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand technical requirements, challenges, and key objectives
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities based on evolving client needs and develop trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather actionable product feedback and refine segmentation strategies for targeted outreach

- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5-8 years in enterprise software sales, particularly in SaaS and B2B environments
- Strong ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and close deals with VP, SVP, and C-Level executives
- Skilled in social listening and social media spaces, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Collaborative team player who can work in a matrixed sales environment, leveraging subject matter expertise to drive success
