Accrete is a dynamic and innovative company focused on transforming the future of artificial intelligence. We specialize in creating advanced AI solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights, driving real-world impact for businesses and government organizations. Our team thrives on creativity and collaboration, working together to push the boundaries of AI technology.

At the core of our offerings are our AI agents, designed to autonomously analyze data, generate insights, and make intelligent recommendations. These agents help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and also empower government entities to enhance security, intelligence, and operational efficiency

About the Role

Accrete AI is seeking a mission-oriented, results-driven Business Development Manager to support growth across the Intelligence Community. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint within IC agencies by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities aligned with national security priorities.

You will engage directly with government stakeholders, support capture efforts, and help drive pipeline development for AI solutions addressing complex intelligence and operational challenges. This role is ideal for someone who understands the IC landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by contributing to mission-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Intelligence Community agencies and related national security stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators within the IC
  • Conduct market and mission research to align Accrete's capabilities with priority intelligence use cases
  • Execute outbound outreach and manage inbound interest from government stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support discovery sessions, technical demos, and mission briefings for senior leadership and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems and report on opportunity progression and conversion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to refine positioning for IC-specific use cases
  • Support capture activities, including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and contracting processes (e.g., FAR-based procurements, IDIQs, OTAs)
  • Represent Accrete at classified and unclassified industry events, conferences, and government engagements
  • Continuously refine engagement strategies based on mission needs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Intelligence Community or broader federal national security space
  • Direct experience supporting or selling into IC agencies (e.g., DIA, NGA, NSA, CIA, or related organizations)
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles commonly used in the IC
  • Experience supporting complex technology sales, ideally in AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and support deal progression in government environments
  • Experience operating in or supporting classified environments is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Affairs, Security Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Intelligence Community structure, mission priorities, and stakeholder landscape
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant value propositions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex government sales cycles
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong interest in AI, national security, and emerging technologies

Salary Range: 170k-200k + commission
