✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the Boston office and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities needs
- Oversee vendor and service provider relationships to ensure business operations outcomes are met
- Coordinate customer VIP visits and assist in recruiting efforts and candidate onsite experience
- Plan and execute team activities, assist in people-related projects, and craft processes to reduce friction and enable team members to focus on their core responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Business Operations to ensure operational needs are met and contribute to the overall success of the company

- Experienced in operational management with a track record of successfully managing office operations and facilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in streamlining processes and systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with DoD-specific work and U.S. Security Clearance processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
