- Responsible for managing and maintaining a quality and TSA compliant driver network
- Handle driver service issues, manage driver supplies, and support TaskUs functions
- Provide support for driver concerns, report on performance, and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Required to work on-site Monday to Friday and adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology

⚡ Requirements
- Experience in managing driver networks and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Strong familiarity with Tableau, MS Office, and Google Suite for data management and analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make decisions to improve processes
- Excellent customer service skills for handling driver service issues and inquiries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers and team members
