✨ About The Role
- Build and lead a scalable Human Resources function for Airspace’s European Operations
- Set standards for employee regulations, compliance, and payroll
- Develop a network of trusted 3rd-party partners to provide guidance and expertise
- Maintain systems necessary for proper business functions and ensure standardization of HR processes and legal requirements
- Drive change management, advocate for the company's mission and values, and foster alignment between the European team and the US headquarters
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced HR professional with at least 5-8 years of People Operations experience within Europe, preferably with multinational corporations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Proficient in HR information systems, Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, French and German are a plus
- Strong project management experience, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
