✨ About The Role
- Responsible for Net Retention Revenue for the respective region within the Automotive vertical
- Directly manage and grow a portfolio of fast-growing strategic accounts within the Automotive vertical
- Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to address regional needs and develop strategies to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
- Identify and target potential new clients within the designated region using market research and industry knowledge
- Drive continuous improvement programs and processes to meet customer satisfaction and develop new service opportunities
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in successfully driving Customer Success Management or Account Management in the Automotive logistics and/or Automotive freight-forwarding space
- Deep understanding of the Mexican freight forwarding and automotive spaces
- Strong communicator with a high-achieving attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders within the Automotive Logistics Industry
