✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the design, optimization, and direct implementation of tools, systems, and processes that enable the Revenue team
- Collaborate closely with department Leaders on cross-functional projects to define, build, and deploy company-wide processes, solutions, dashboards, and tools
- Independently responsible for projects and sub-initiatives that improve end-to-end sales and operational processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reportability
- Understand and solve complex business problems and support strategic decision-making for department Leaders and the C-Suite through data analysis and research
- Collaborate with Analytics team members to build dashboards, reports, and tools to improve revenue team efficiency
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a Revenue Operations role with a strong focus on Salesforce, revenue systems/tools, and pipeline reporting
- Proficiency in managing a full-cycle revenue technology stack, including tools like LeanData, Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Comfortable working directly with Revenue team members on a one-on-one basis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to enhance problem-solving capabilities
