- Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to gather insights and align objectives
- Technical ownership: Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance, managing incidents, and using metrics for improvement
- Strategic planning and execution: Translate business goals into project plans, set milestones, and oversee resource allocation for successful outcomes
- Execute autonomously: Independently handle broad or ambiguous requirements from clients and become a trusted partner to engineers
- Enable cross-team collaboration: Manage and accelerate cross-team projects, collaborating with hardware, product, and test operations teams
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical program management or systems engineering, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace industries
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, and work effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate high ownership, and lead cross-functional projects effectively
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
