- Building, deploying, integrating, extending, and scaling software to deliver mission-critical capabilities to customers
- Solving complex technical challenges of operational scenarios while owning end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities for high-performance autonomous air vehicles
- Collaborating with multiple teams to solve problems involving networking, autonomy, systems integration, robotics, and more
- Ensuring seamless software operation to achieve critical outcomes in various domains such as Counter Intrusion, Command & Control, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems
- Working on cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology for military applications
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in C++ and/or Rust in a Linux development environment
- Strong background in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation and physical systems
- Skilled in developing and testing multi-agent autonomous systems and deploying in real-world environments
- Proficient in feature and algorithm development with an understanding of behavior trees
- Ability to work on critical software with real-world impact and make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs
