- The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of electronics testing experience in an R&D environment is required for success in this role.
- Familiarity with reading electrical system and component schematics is essential for troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Strong root cause analysis skills are necessary to effectively identify and resolve issues in testing processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills are important for collaborating with team members and documenting findings.
