- A bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Previous success as a Chief of Staff supporting Executives is highly valued.
- An MBA or similar graduate degree is preferred for this role.
- The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
