- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a CNC programmer, demonstrating proficiency in using CAM software such as Esprit or Hypermill.
- A strong background in machine setup and operation is essential, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Candidates should possess a clear understanding of G and M code, along with familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining.
- Experience with various machining technologies, including 5-axis milling and live tooling lathes, is highly desirable.
- The successful individual will be able to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and make necessary adjustments during the production process.
