✨ About The Role
- The Composite Technician will be responsible for cutting, laying up, fabricating, curing, and assembling various types of composite products and assemblies.
- The role requires the ability to locate critical reference points and ensure coordination of parts and subassemblies to exacting tolerances.
- The technician will build laminated assemblies by determining proper placement and laying up composite plies and adhesives onto tools or molds.
- Preparing parts for bagging, including the placement of bleeders and vacuum connections, is a key responsibility.
- The technician will operate various types of processing and curing equipment, such as autoclaves or ovens, to achieve desired results.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in composite fabrication or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the physical properties of materials, including thermosets, thermoplastics, and composites, is essential.
