✨ About The Role
- The role involves cutting, laying up, fabricating, curing, and assembling various types of composite products and assemblies
- Requires a basic knowledge of materials such as thermosets, thermoplastics, and composites, as well as their forming and processing characteristics
- Involves building laminated assemblies by determining proper placement and laying up composite plies and adhesives onto tools or molds
- Operating processing and curing equipment such as autoclaves or ovens to obtain desired set and cure
- Correcting defects as required and performing other related work as necessary
âš¡ Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent with a bias towards action and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a technical environment, dealing with medium to heavy-duty assembly work
- Strong physical capabilities, including the ability to lift at least 40 pounds and withstand repetitive movements
- Polished communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Prior experience in Composite Fabrication or equivalent field is preferred
