✨ About The Role
- The Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) will manage, direct, and administer security programs and procedures for assigned programs with special access requirements.
- Responsibilities include submitting program access requests, preparing for government inspections, and conducting self-inspections.
- The CPSO will maintain personnel security records for special access programs and process incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications.
- The role involves developing and maintaining the program's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Program Protection Plans (PPPs).
- The CPSO will interface with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and requirements.
- The position requires maintaining classified material accountability records and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements for classified materials.
- The CPSO will actively pursue a collaborative environment within the security team and with external customers.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working with special programs in an ACPSO or CPSO role is essential for success in this position.
- Strong knowledge of applicable Department of Defense policies, instructions, and manuals pertinent to special access program security is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- The candidate should possess top-notch collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A willingness to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is important for this role.
- The candidate should be open to occasional travel on company business, which is expected to be less than 10%.
