About The Team

The Special Programs Security Team plays a crucial role in safeguarding classified information by ensuring Anduril's compliance with DoD and IC security regulations. Customer service is key; we work cross-functionally with Anduril teams and cleared personnel as well as with government counterparts to create a continuously evolving security program that becomes part of the imbedded culture at Anduril.

About The Job

The Deputy Director for Special Access Programs (SAP) will oversee the Air Dominance and Strike Division's rapidly growing portfolio of programs. The Deputy Director will lead a team of dedicated security professionals by providing oversight and programmatic guidance for all classified efforts within their assigned portfolio. The position requires a self-motivated candidate that can work in an independent or team environment. The candidate will be required to partner with the Industrial and Special Programs team to develop and implement processes and procedures for the department.

What You'll Do

• Provide guidance and recommendations to employees addressing program policies and procedures.
• Work with and advise the Air Dominance and Strike Division's Business Line to integrate security best practices into all facets of program operations and initiatives.
• Manage and conduct assigned self-inspections and develop appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and execute required incident reporting, media accountability procedures, audits and reviews IAW applicable directives, regulations, and instructions.
• Review statements of work (SOW) to ensure properly executed DD Form 254s. Recommend appropriate levels of security staffing to the Director of Industrial & SAP Security.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of related Security experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or similar certification.
• Must hold a current U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Strong understanding of construction security requirements.
• Solid understanding of DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, and 32 CFR Part 117.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple government customers and program managers.
• Ability to communicate policy and procedures clearly to all cleared staff.
• Able to meet timelines and prioritize demands effectively.
• Experience developing and implanting OPSEC plans, SOPs and Program Protection Plans.
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with multiple DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
• Be a self-starter possessing a high degree of originality, and initiative requiring minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel in support of program requirements.

US Salary Range

$142,000 - $213,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
