✨ About The Role
- Design digital readout integrated circuits for imaging sensors, from concept to functional prototype, bring-up, and system level integration
- Develop custom ASIC blocks for RTL synthesis and simulate and model digital IC designs
- Work with FPGA hardware to interface and control digital readout ICs and troubleshoot issues using custom FPGA hardware and lab equipment
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers for component selection, troubleshooting, and product support
- Manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer-operated hardware
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in designing digital readout integrated circuits for imaging sensors, from concept to functional prototype, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in HDL synthesis for integrated circuits and familiar with testing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex hardware and embedded systems
- Skilled in working with infrared image sensor technology and using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers
- Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage involvement in multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
