- The Digital Integrated Circuit Designer will be responsible for designing digital readout integrated circuits for imaging sensors from concept to functional prototype.
- The role involves designing custom ASIC blocks for RTL synthesis and simulating and modeling digital IC designs.
- The designer will work with FPGA hardware to interface and control digital readout ICs and troubleshoot issues using lab equipment and software debugging tools.
- Collaboration with hardware and software engineers is crucial for component selection, troubleshooting, and product support.
- The position requires managing multiple projects concurrently at various stages in a fast-paced environment.

- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in HDL synthesis for integrated circuits.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex hardware and embedded systems are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with infrared image sensor technology will be beneficial for the candidate.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members.
- The candidate must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
