About The Job

We are looking for a Director of Business Development for Warfighter Systems (WS) International to join our rapidly growing team based in Washington, DC. Connected Warfare Division's Warfighter Systems Business is focused on developing and fielding capability to support the hyper-enabled operator, taking advantage of the latest in edge and spatial computing, advanced multi-modal sensors, and commercial developments in the augmented reality space. The Warfighter Systems team has already begun conducting operational assessments to validate these integrated systems with US DoW customers, and is in need of a leader to help expand capabilities to support international customers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading global expansion efforts for Connected Warfare Division's Warfighter borne systems, including Lattice and the full suite of products within the Eagle Eye Family of Systems (FoS). This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities to deliver advanced warfighter-focused capabilities to allied and partner nations through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other international security cooperation mechanisms. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in bringing new products to international defense markets, navigating international security cooperation mechanisms and strategies, familiarity with export compliance, and a strong track record of strategic engagement with foreign military and government stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand the Eagle Eye FoS across allied and partner nations.
  2. Collaborate with Anduril's Global Defense team to tailor Eagle Eye and Warfighter Systems capabilities to meet regional operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  3. Lead capture efforts for international programs, including coordination with U.S. government entities such as DSCA, State Department, and service-specific FMS offices.
  4. Navigate complex export control requirements, including ITAR and EAR, ensuring full compliance throughout the business development lifecycle.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with foreign military officials, defense attachés, U.S. embassy personnel, and international industry partners.
  6. Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and international contracting processes.
  7. Provide strategic insights on geopolitical trends, regional defense priorities, and competitive landscapes to inform market entry and growth strategies.
  8. Represent Anduril and the Eagle Eye FoS at global defense exhibitions, bilateral engagements, and multinational exercises.
  9. Identify and qualify opportunities for DCS, FMS, and other international acquisition pathways.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in international defense business development, FMS program management, or defense security cooperation programs.
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing international defense programs, particularly in warfighter systems, tactical communications, edge compute, or other related capabilities that support tactical formations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating FMS, DCS, and ITAR/EAR compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of international defense markets, security cooperation mechanisms, and allied force structures.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive capability adoption.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance

US Salary Range $191,000 - $253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
