- The role involves developing and executing a cohesive strategy for the Menace family of systems to enhance tactical communications and computing infrastructure.
- The candidate will lead large capture campaigns against Program Executive Offices (PEO) within each military service.
- Responsibilities include evolving strategies to transition initial seeding opportunities into strategic incorporation into service programs.
- The position requires fostering relationships with critical stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve program issues.
- The successful candidate will be expected to deliver on financial performance commitments and contribute to strategic market growth initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in program management, acquisitions, and business development within the defense sector.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing Department of Defense (DoD) business opportunities, particularly in ACAT I or ACAT II programs.
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes, requirements generation, and budgeting for transitioning prototype capabilities to production.
- Experience in deploying warfighting command and control (C2) capabilities in challenging environments, particularly those with denied or degraded communications.
- A high-energy leader with excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with senior officials and stakeholders in the defense and intelligence community.
