- The Director of People Operations will own the systems, processes, and data that inform operational decision-making regarding people at Anduril.
- This role involves driving HR operational excellence and enhancing the employee experience across the organization.
- The candidate will oversee and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- The position requires managing EEO reporting and compliance, as well as federal, state, and local people compliance.
- The Director will lead a team of HR professionals focused on various aspects of people operations, including payroll and learning & development.

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
