- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in field operations and sustainment, including leadership roles.
- Prior military, overseas contracting, or extensive field operations experience is essential for success in this role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage a diverse team.
- The candidate should have a proven ability to work cross-functionally in unstructured environments, preferably with startup experience.
- A strong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation is crucial.
- The successful candidate will be able to think critically and engage the right teams to solve complex problems.
- The ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
