- Responsible for owning and deploying software solutions to customers, improving products, and scaling mission capabilities
- Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality, creating and analyzing metrics for debugging and monitoring
- Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next steps, partnering with end-users to balance user experience with engineering constraints
- Develop software for land-based manned and robotic ground systems, focusing on human-robot interactions, computer vision, motion planning, controls, secure communications, and more
- Ensure Anduril products work seamlessly together to achieve critical outcomes, making sound engineering decisions to deliver successful outcomes correctly, on-time, and with high quality
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, ideally with 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Go, Python, C++, Rust, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, etc.
- Skilled in developing software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis
- Ability to navigate complex systems and established code bases efficiently
- Strong desire to work on critical software with real-world impact, holding a US DoD Security Clearance or eligible to obtain one
