Anduril Industries Global Network Operations Center is looking for a highly motivated Global Network Operations Administrator to join the ranks. As a member of the Global Network Operations Center, your primary responsibilities will include administrative operations, monitoring, and alerting. In this role, you will be focused on supporting our Corporate Technology infrastructure and critical services. You will have the opportunity to work with various technologies spanning different disciplines within Information Technology including Enterprise Networking, Systems, Datacenter, Cloud, and Applications.
Troubleshooting tier 2 escalated requests and incidents for Corporate Technology services and infrastructure
Identify patterns, exploring opportunities for improvements, illuminating training opportunities, and creating documentation while maintaining a continuous feedback loop with engineering teams
Keeping the lights on as a maintainer of Anduril's corporate technology services and infrastructure
You will work with the guidance of engineering teams to maintain, replace, and upgrade systems
Participation of on-call rotations for handling critical alerts and be expected to triage network incidents
Communication is key as you will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the business regarding the state of global networks supported
Partnering with various stakeholders to maintain relationships centered around best communication practices, continuous improvements, and operational efficiencies
General understanding of networking principles and architecture (CCNA Certification or equivalent experience is desirable)
Experience with Cisco network switches
Basic Linux administration skills (RHCSA Certification or equivalent experience is desirable)
Experience and general competencies with DNS, DHCP, Routing and Router Protocols, knowledge of the TCP/IP network stack, client and server troubleshooting for enterprise networks, package management systems such as GIT, RPM, and YUM
2+ years as a network administrator
CCNA and RHCSA or equivalent level experience
Familiarity with one or more of: Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba Wireless
Familiarity with enterprise level wireless networks and wireless protocols
Knowledge of automation/orchestration systems
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google GCP
Administration scripting (Python preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding time management and efficiency skills
Intrinsic curiosity, attention to details, and willing to dive deeper to understand details
Self motivation, self starter who is able to find their way through ambiguity
US Salary Range: $113,000 - $149,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
