Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Bolt, Anvil, and Altius from paper sketches to operational systems. One project may have you solving staffing inefficiencies across engineering teams, while another project may have you working across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to help address capacity or production challenges. We are looking for the Head of Operations to support our Ghost and Precision Engagement Systems business lines, based in Costa Mesa, CA.

Collaborate closely with division leadership to evolve the organizational structure and define and implement strong hiring, onboarding, and execution standards for key functions so we maintain a culture of "doing things differently"
Execute on special projects, evolve internal processes, spearhead the stand up of new functions, and lead M&A efforts as needed
You have 8-12 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting
