Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Project Insights team at Anduril sits within the broader Design & Construction organization at Anduril. We are responsible for providing the critical support needed to bring our various cutting-edge factories, offices, and secure spaces to life. We do so by creating, maintaining, and executing key operational process, analytics, and tools. All the while, we are collaborating with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril's mission (construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more). But, first and foremost, we deeply listen to what our Division Leaders need. Whether it is autonomous submarines, robot fighter jets, or AR headsets, we stay close to our end users to ensure we're fueling their success.
Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation. You will be handed ambiguous, messy problems with little prescription on how to solve them. If this does not excite you, this is not the role for you.
Construction Project Analyses: Execute scrappy analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly, while also owning more scalable solutions that will make Anduril successful in the long term. You will work closely with Construction Project Managers (and other stakeholders) to dive into a project's financials, evaluate and tweak a project's design, and more.
Processes and Tooling: Power the innovation engine for our Design & Construction org. Manage design standards, build financial dashboards and reports, create approval flows, and anything else that needs to be done to make us better.
Site Readiness: You will own the "last mile" of launching factories, offices, and secure spaces. You will be on the ground driving our construction punchlists down to zero open issues, guaranteeing production teams have all the infrastructure they need, and ensuring facilities are properly integrated with teams like physical security, network engineering, and more.
Special Initiatives: You will occasionally tackle critical needs across Space Planning, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, and other fields as needed.
Prepare briefings to senior executives, providing general updates and also expediting decision making for large projects.
Project manage across many stakeholders. If you don't like being the person leading meetings with large groups of people or managing large Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders towards a solution, this may not be the role for you.
Work across functions and learn Anduril's business top-to-bottom. You will partner with departments like Production and Finance, and you will interact with leaders from across the company as as users of the space our team will build.
Work deeply within data and systems, becoming intimately familiar with industry-standard real estate and construction software, and then leverage the data from them to create insights and analytics (using tools like Excel, Palantir Foundry, etc.), equipping functional teams with these insights and tools to measure and improve their processes.
