We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead how we activate the brand across paid, owned, and earned channels. This person will oversee the marketing activation calendar and serve as the connective tissue between Brand and Product Marketing—ensuring our campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments are brought to life with consistency, energy, and precision. A major focus of this role will be building and evolving the Anduril Gear Store. This includes establishing foundational operations—tech stack, logistics, inventory management, and customer service—and leading go-to-market efforts for Anduril's key product drops throughout the year. You'll shape how Anduril shows up in the world beyond our core products, building meaningful cultural relevance while protecting the integrity of the brand. This candidate will also own the flight path of Anduril's paid media—owning digital and out-of-home execution and execution for key campaigns throughout the year. You'll partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Design, and external agencies to bring these campaigns to life and drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a marketing multi-hyphenate, able to switch between roles and ambiguous tasks with agile fluidity and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
US Salary Range: $114,000 - $171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
