✨ About The Role
- Lead high-impact projects through requirements analysis, design, and execution
- Provide technical leadership across a group of about 10-15 Flight Software Engineers
- Develop microcontroller software using RTOS and create device drivers, protocols, and APIs for aircraft sensors
- Integrate new features and sensors into flight controller software and analyze flight test results
- Support device manufacturing efforts, operational aircraft deployment, and gain a working understanding of Anduril’s business lines

- Proven technical leader with experience influencing organizations to make the right decisions and building trust with partners
- Strong background in embedded software development, particularly in aircraft embedded software or safety critical systems
- Ability to mentor and coach engineers to help them achieve results and grow their careers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Comfortable working with low-level embedded software architecture, design, and development
