- This role involves managing all phases of a logistics support program from conceptualization through completion.
- The program manager will be responsible for developing and coordinating logistics CDRLs.
- Interaction with internal and external representatives to resolve technical and scheduling issues is a key responsibility.
- The candidate will act as the primary contact for Logistics/Sustainment program issues and lead program review sessions with customers.
- The role requires influencing and coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, and operating budgets.
- Ensuring technical leadership and excellence by participating in the planning and development of required talent is essential.
- The program manager will also manage the development and security of proprietary technology while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of five years of progressively complex program or logistics administration experience is required.
- Strong technical expertise in logistics management principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment are crucial.
- Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and spare analysis is highly desirable.
- The candidate must be able to obtain and hold a US secret security clearance.
