Anduril's Design Team is seeking a Concept Design Operations Manager to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril's brand identity, visual communication, concept art, and industrial design. Our team's purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.
As a Concept Design Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving collaborative and effective processes for the Concept Design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of conceptual art, storytelling, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Support as key liaison between Concept Design teams and product divisions
Drive planning, production, and delivery of concept art and animation across products, environments, and storytelling moments
Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate into project goals and coordinating creative leads
Prioritize incoming requests and oversee daily bandwidth of artists, track progress, and customer delivery
Facilitate reviews and feedback loops between team, stakeholders, and design leadership
Reporting on progress, priorities, and resourcing
Minimum 5 years professional experience as a project manager or producer in games, film, animation, or equivalent
Strong understanding of concept art pipelines, and technical understanding of digital tools
Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA and Airtable is a plus
Experience supporting creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment
Deep understanding of standard production processes and assets
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
$129,000 - $171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
