The Tactical Recon And Strike team at Anduril is revolutionizing battlefield technology by developing and deploying products for advantaging the warfighter ability to gain decisive advantage leveraging advanced technologies with small unmanned systems (Group 1-3) and the enabling autonomy and command and control systems.
Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the relevant DOD Program Executive Offices (PEOs), including PEO Soldier, PEO Land Systems, PEO Aviation, Marine Corps programs, PEO Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warrior, PEO Fixed Wing and their supported organizations to penetrate, expand, and deliver at scale Anduril's tactical reconnaissance and strike capabilities.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with key Anduril internal teams and stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across mission operations, product engineering, and manufacturing.
Lead the strategic expansion of Anduril's TRS portfolio (group 1-3), including launched effects (Altius), group 2 UAS (Ghost) and group 1 tactical strike/CUAS (Bolt/Anvil).
Serve as a leader of the TRS growth team for the Division's strategic growth and long range planning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Department of Defense and other government agencies, both domestically and internationally.
Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead the expansion of Anduril's TRS systems beyond the DoD, targeting other government agencies and allied forces globally.
Develop and coordinate programmatic funding and growth with direct coordination with our Government Relations, Strategy team and adjacent business lines.
Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives.
US Salary Range: $232,000 - $348,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
