- Proficiency in composite manufacturing methods such as Out-of-Autoclave Pre-preg processing and VARTM is highly valued.
- The candidate should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with relevant examples will be important for this position.
