- The Manufacturing Technician will work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists on assembly and integration efforts for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV).
- Responsibilities include building, testing, and integrating electro-mechanical assemblies into the final product.
- The role involves assembling metallic and composite structures, hydraulic systems, and machined parts, including commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components.
- The technician will contribute to all stages of the product development and manufacturing life cycle, providing feedback to the engineering team on improvement opportunities.
- The position requires interaction with a digital ERP system for work order tracking, inventory management, and quality reporting.
- The successful candidate will need to be flexible and provide support wherever needed to ensure products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards.
