✨ About The Role
- Responsible for learning and executing mechanical and electronic assembly processes to manufacture quality products in a timely manner
- Utilize basic computer skills and follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform inventory checks, relay accurate data to management, and fabricate small parts such as machined components and composite components
- Conduct electro-mechanical assembly and QC testing, as well as required system tests and record quality assurance data with integrity
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology in the defense industry
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years working in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in using hand tools, small power tools, and various measuring tools
- Ability to multitask with little supervision and work under tight deadlines
- Experience with machine shop/machining, technical degree, and RC hobbyist background are preferred
- Must be a team player with strong organization and communication skills
- U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data
- Ability to lift 30 lbs, be on feet throughout the day, and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience with light electronics troubleshooting, soldering, and fabrication of small parts is a plus
