✨ About The Role
- Mission Software Engineers will own the software solutions deployed to customers and write code to improve products for specific mission sets
- They will collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
- Mission Software Engineers will create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring, triage issues, and root cause failures
- They will partner with end-users to turn needs into features, balancing user experience with engineering constraints
- Travel up to 10% of the time may be required to build, test, and deploy capabilities in the real world

- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics with 3-4 years of experience in C++, Python, or Rust in a Linux development environment
- Experience in building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
