- The Mission Software Engineering team at Anduril builds, deploys, integrates, extends, and scales software to deliver mission-critical capabilities to customers
- Mission Software Engineers solve technical challenges of operational scenarios while owning end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities like Counter Intrusion and Joint All Domain Command & Control
- Responsibilities include writing code to improve products, collaborating across teams, creating and analyzing metrics, triaging issues, and partnering with end-users
- The role involves traveling up to 30% of the time to build, test, and deploy capabilities in the real world
- Desired skills include a background in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning, experience with autonomous systems, and knowledge of military systems and operational tactics

- Experienced software engineer with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript, etc.
- Skilled in building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases quickly
- Strong desire to work on critical software with real-world impact and hold a U.S. TS clearance
