- The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the subsurface domain as it relates to military operations, including tactics, planning, logistics, and capability acquisition and sustainment.
- Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in visual representation of complex concepts and data tailored to specific stakeholders.
- The candidate should possess the ability to decompose complex issues and work collaboratively with engineering teams to identify actionable next steps.
- A background in military service, particularly as a Submariner or in an Anti-Submarine Warfare role, is preferred.
- Experience with physics-based modeling and simulation products such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, or Python will be beneficial.
