- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively address challenges in application development and maintenance.
- The candidate should possess proficiency in Java, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPM, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git will be beneficial for collaboration and project management.
- Having an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification in Oracle Fusion Middleware or Applications is preferred.
