- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements
- Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners to provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations
- Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs while assessing and improving current programs
- Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation

- Experienced HR professional with at least 3 years of HR Business Partner experience, including supporting hourly employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships and trust with key business owners
- Detail-oriented and data-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments
- Expertise in various HR/People channels like compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats, synthesizing complex information for different audiences
