As our People Program Manager, you will be a trusted partner with leadership and the People Business Partner team, solving ambiguous challenges and building lasting, scalable solutions. You'll support programs, projects, and internal team documentation - enabling our team to operate efficiently.
Based in Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the People Business Partner team while supporting our evolving People Business Partner Strategy & Programs team. You will be pivotal in partnering on operational and project management deliverables, enabling People Business Partner bandwidth for strategic innovation and long-term talent development. Your role will involve supporting projects and internal process documentation from conception to execution, ensuring process consistency, and elevating the employee and people team experience.
Strategic and Operational Leadership
Partner on Critical Projects: Support end-to-end operational projects across the People Business Partner team.
Ambiguity to Clarity: Quickly learn new subject matters, set priorities, and transform ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans and documentation.
Communication: Serve as the bridge across the team, ensuring alignment and clear communication with the internal people teams.
Enhancing People Business Partner Efficiency
Goal Setting & Tracking: Update and track data and drive completion of tasks.
Recurring Process Support: Support recurring People Business Partner processes to streamline operations and boost People Business Partner impact.
Data-Driven Execution
Data Analysis & Insights: Collaborate with operations team and analysts to ensure data quality and actionable insights.
Operational Support for Strategic Initiatives: Support and operationalize strategic projects and high-impact People programs. Partner with People operations to drive process improvement.
Minimum of 2 years in program management, project management, HR, or internal operations with a strong execution track record.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to use data analytics alongside robust project management skills to drive operational excellence.
Problem Solver: Thrive in complex, ambiguous environments, taking ownership and stepping in to create structured processes.
People/HR Business Partner Mindset: Understanding of the role of an HR Business Partner, and applies this understanding to their program management role.
Strategic Communicator: Comfortable engaging with diverse teams and communicating ideas.
Mission-Driven: Highly motivated by Anduril's mission to solve significant challenges in the defense industry while ensuring people-centric solutions.
US Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
