Planning Program Manager - Digital Tools

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Anduril's Planning Systems & Process team is seeking a Planning Program Manager for digital tools to join our team. The systems and process team plays a pivotal role in optimizing planning operations through the implementation and management of procedures and advanced digital solutions. The team ensures that planning processes are efficient, scalable, and integrated with the latest industry standards.

As a Planning Program Manager you will be involved in the internal deployment and adoption of Anduril's ProductionOS planning software solutions. The right person for this role has strong technical and analytical skills that can be applied and implemented in a real world environment to drive outcomes for the business.

What You'll Do

  • Work with planning and software leadership to develop and implement novel planning software strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of planning software roadmap with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep our planning processes at the cutting edge.
  • Drive adoption of planning software solutions across the company, and own the feedback loop between the users and the developers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of planning software standard instructions and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • You have strong operational instincts and a track record of owning complex, ambiguous planning problems from start to finish.
  • You think strategically and execute tactically —you're just as comfortable designing a planning framework as you are diving into the details of a late supplier PO.
  • You bring a data-driven mindset and can turn analytics into action; you know how to interpret demand signals, build plans, and communicate clearly.
  • You're systems fluent, with experience working across ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and can partner effectively with technical teams to improve tooling.
  • You lead with cross-functional empathy —understanding the needs of engineering, product, deployment, and finance to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure in environments that are scaling fast.
  • You are high ownership, low ego, and value results over credit.
  • You anticipate friction before it happens and proactively work to prevent issues rather than react to them.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply planning, program management, or operations in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
