The Sentry team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Portfolio Operations Associate to join our dynamic core operating team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Sentry product portfolio. You will serve as a critical conduit, bridging the gap between product development, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment, and our core operations functions. Your work will involve analyzing product performance, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Development & Delivery Orchestration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Deployment teams to support the streamlining of how Sentry products are planned, built, sold, and delivered. Assist in driving alignment across these key functions
Portfolio Management Assistance: Support efforts to reduce variant sprawl by assisting with discipline around Bill of Materials (BOM) planning, SKU structures, naming conventions, and release communications to ensure consistency across teams
Operational Process Support: Assist in defining and documenting repeatable processes for Sentry product deployments, upgrades, and release readiness, contributing to the move from ad hoc execution to scalable practices
Business System Optimization: Support the adoption and effective utilization of business systems like Jira and Confluence to improve planning, tracking, and execution across the Sentry product lifecycle
Stakeholder Alignment Support: Identify operational pain points and assist in proposing solutions to leadership, contributing to stakeholder alignment for implementation
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Contribute to architecting and maintaining documentation systems that enable internal users (Engineering, Business Development, Operations, etc.) to quickly access Sentry product information
Sales & Marketing Enablement Support: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Proposal teams to gather product information that helps showcase Sentry's value and capabilities
Operational Project Support: Assist in end-to-end operational initiatives from definition through implementation, requiring structured approaches to solve problems
Cross-Functional Process Improvement: Work across Anduril's functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to help establish processes that enable Sentry to scale while ensuring programs operate at peak efficiency
Operational Analytics: Execute analyses on short timelines and contribute to building more scalable solutions for the Sentry product portfolio
You have 1+ years of experience in management consulting. internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role. Experience operating in a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture, are heavily considered
