✨ About The Role
- Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril’s products
- Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies
- Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs
- Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 7+ years in PCB Layout or Design, demonstrating a deep understanding of PCB Layout techniques and best practices
- Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics, applying relevant IPC standards, and using Altium Designer CAD tools
- Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with others and lead a team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing
- Must have an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
