The broader C4 Engineering team is responsible for delivering software defined, hardware enabled products. We are looking for an highly organized, growth mindset, hands-on, Product Manager that will collaborate with our software, hardware, operations, SRE, and growth teams to bring new products and capabilities to market and exceed customer expectations.
A C4 Senior Product Manager (PdM), in the Connected Warfare Division is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for a C4 product family, from inception, through launch, and eventual retirement. This role involves being the customer advocate, driving customer outcomes through new product initiatives, orchestrating internal efforts, and validating that the resulting products, not only resonate with customers but also balances our business goals. The PdM is responsible for defining success metrics and galvanizes the team to actualize the product vision, delivering impactful and measurable customer capabilities. Senior PdMs are also seen as mentors for the PdM team.
Across all products you'll own, you will be responsible for:
$140,000 - $210,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
