Our Mission Command business line empowers military leaders with advanced command-and-control capabilities by integrating real-time data and actionable insights. We enable agile decision-making and seamless coordination across units, ensuring effective and adaptive operations on the battlefield. Connected Warfare is one of Anduril's divisions focused on building a next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture focused on orchestrating and automating 3rd party combat-fielded sensors and strike-networks for synchronized joint operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable and robust capabilities on operationally-relevant fielding timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD and IC.
As a member of the Program Integration Office team supporting the Next Generation C2 (NGC2) Program, you will be expected to provide insightful Army expertise to ensure successful operational alignment and integration across the program. You will proactively engage with NGC2 Program leaders, users, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between programmatic requirements, operational mission threads, and technical architecture.
Serve in a customer-facing capacity, working directly with key U.S. Army and defense stakeholders to lead existing work and shape new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues.
Promote positive collaboration with customers and program teams across operations, engineering, and delivery functions. Support the development of contract deliverables.
Directly support platform governance and process standardization, including but not limited to requirements validation, data layer governance, user access controls, accreditation and cybersecurity, and external application and data integrations.
Validate and execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from internal engineering, program office, operational users, and third party corporate partners to own successful delivery of outcomes.
Build trust with Anduril teammates, vendors, partners, and potential customers, and work closely with users, vendors and government stakeholders through effective communication, positive attitude, and meticulous follow-through.
Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.
Support NextGen C2 programmatic growth efforts and transition to production. Develop and maintain close working relationships to grow and expand existing U.S. Army and joint programs within the Connected Warfare division.
Support strategic corporate growth capture campaigns through sustained and productive engagement with senior Army and DoD leadership. Promote positive collaboration across Anduril and Connected Warfare business lines and sub-divisions to ultimately develop and deploy Anduril's integrated hardware-software products at scale to meet customer and operational needs.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
