- As an AIS Program Manager, you will lead the development and integration of Anduril products and technologies with various government and industry partners.
- You will be responsible for driving the contract deliverables process during the contract implementation period and ongoing operations.
- The role involves consulting with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks for project management.
- You will develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system across one or more programs.
- The position requires monitoring project timelines and deadlines, identifying potential project schedule delays, and facilitating timely interventions.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least five years of professional experience in a relevant industry.
- A strong understanding of government acquisition and reporting processes is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be comfortable with contract financial data, including invoicing and analyzing staffing burn rates against contract ceilings.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to create and deliver presentations in technical and programmatic reports to key leadership and customers.
